How Hemma is built — in the open.
What we’re focused on right now — not a promise, a snapshot.
What Hemma is focused on right now. Not a timeline. Not a promise. A snapshot.
Your renovation has a shape: phases that follow each other, milestones you pass through, and decisions that need your input before work can continue. Hemma is building a structured system around this. Phases like grondwerken, ruwbouw, technieken, and afwerking give your project its backbone. Milestones are detected automatically from invoices, documents, and calendar events - so you see progress without having to track it yourself.
Decisions are surfaced early, before they become blockers. If your contractor needs a colour choice for the exterior joinery before they can finish the openings, Hemma tells you now - not when it's already too late. We're shipping templates for new builds, full renovations, energy renovations, kitchens, and extensions so every project starts with the right shape from day one.
Upload a plan - PDF or image - draw rectangles and circles on it, and attach comments to the shapes. Then generate a read-only public link so you can send the annotated plan to your architect or contractor without losing context. No more printing, marking with a pen, photographing, and hoping everyone understands what you meant.
Instead of exploring the demo freely, walk through a specific path: receive an email from your contractor, forward it to Hemma, see what happens. The whole value loop in 60 seconds.
Loading states, click feedback, smoother transitions. The product works, but it should also feel good to use. We're going through every screen and tightening the details.
Hemma already knows your deadlines. Soon it will email you when one is approaching, and check in when you've been quiet for a while.
A progressive onboarding experience after signup. Not a forced tour - contextual help that appears when it's actually useful, and fades away once you've got it.
