Connect Google Calendar and every event in your Hemma project — invoice due dates, contractor visits, deliveries, inspections — appears in your regular Google Calendar. Events you create in Google Calendar sync back to Hemma too. One calendar, everywhere.
From this point on, events sync automatically every two hours.
Every event type in Hemma appears in Google Calendar:
Events created from documents (auto-extracted due dates, appointment dates, permit deadlines) sync as soon as Hemma processes them. Events you create manually in Hemma sync on the next cycle.
Events created or edited in the Hemma calendar in Google Calendar sync back to Hemma. Hemma picks up changes within two hours. If you create an event in the wrong calendar inside Google, Hemma will not see it — make sure you use the Hemma — [project name] calendar.
Events already in your Google Calendar stay there. The Hemma — [project name] calendar is not deleted — you can remove it yourself in Google Calendar if you no longer want it. New events from Hemma will stop syncing.
Does every team member see the events in their own Google Calendar? Each member connects their own Google account separately. Two members connecting different Google accounts get their own separate synced calendars — events are not shared automatically between accounts.
Will events disappear from Google Calendar if I disconnect Hemma? No. Events already synced stay in your calendar. The Hemma calendar is not removed when you disconnect — only new events stop syncing.
The sync runs every two hours — can I trigger it immediately? Not from the app. If you need an event in Google Calendar right now, create it directly in Google Calendar and it will appear in Hemma within two hours, or create it in both places.
Can I connect the same Google account to multiple Hemma projects? Yes. Each project creates its own calendar in Google.
