Your project calendar is a single view of everything happening in the build: invoice due dates, contractor visits, deliveries, inspections, milestones. Some events land there automatically. Others you create yourself.
Events have a source that tells you where they came from:
The calendar uses seven event types:
| Type | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Invoice due | Payment deadline for an invoice |
| Payment | Expected payment or bank transfer |
| Contractor visit | Site visit, meeting, or appointment with a contractor |
| Delivery | Material or equipment delivery |
| Inspection | EPB, stability, fire, or other technical inspection |
| Milestone | A milestone with a date attached |
| Other | Anything that does not fit the above |
The event type determines the colour and icon used in the calendar view.
Manual events sync to Google Calendar if you have it connected.
Tap any event to open its detail. Edit or delete from there. Changes to Hemma events sync to Google Calendar within two hours.
An invoice due date is wrong. The date was extracted from the document. Open the invoice detail and correct the extracted date. The calendar event will update automatically.
I created an event in Google Calendar but it's not showing in Hemma. Google Calendar sync runs every two hours. Wait for the next sync cycle. Make sure you added the event to the Hemma — [project name] calendar, not your personal calendar.
Can I see other team members' calendars? All members share the same project calendar. Events added by any member are visible to everyone.
