Anything Hemma stores about your build that came from a file. Invoices, quotes, plans, permits, photos, technical sheets — once a file lands in Hemma, it's a document.
Every document has a type, a status (processing, trusted, or needs review), and the data Hemma extracted from it: amounts, contractor, dates, line items. You can find documents in the documents list, link them to budget lines, annotate plans, and compare quotes side by side.
Documents stay with the project that owns them. They don't leak between projects.
